LAF Programs Offered at Lakeshore

Pole Walking	Walking Track	Tuesday and Thursday      9 – 10am
LAF Fitness	Gym	Thursday                             10:15 - 11:15am
Pickleball	Gym	Tuesday and Thursday      2-3:30pm

 

Options for Participating in LAF Programs: 

LAF Members can participate in programs offered at all three Life After Fifty locations including:
LAF West Side Centre – 635 McEwan Ave. Windsor
LAF East Side Centre – 8787 McHugh St. (in the WFCU arena)
LAF satellite site – Atlas Tube Centre in Lakeshore (Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Participants can choose from one of the following 3 options:
1) Pay Lakeshore a $6 drop in fee for each class
2) Pay Lakeshore a sessional fee for the 10 week sessions per program
3) Join LAF for $96/ year and participate in all LAF programs at the Atlas Tube Centre at no additional charge.
