• LAF Fitness is cancelled on Wednesday March 16, Friday March 18 and March 25.
• Pickleball is cancelled on The week of March Break (March 14-March 18), Friday March 25 and Monday March 28.
• Silver Sneakers class is cancelled on Monday March 14 and March 28.

Note for April - East Side Centre: 
Please note that in order to accommodate more participants in our growing LAF Fitness class and facilitate the move to a bigger-sized gym, we need to change the time of the Friday LAF
Fitness class to 12:15 pm-1:15 pm.
This change will be implemented on Friday April 8th.

Please be advised that both Wednesday and Friday class will change from 45 minutes in length to 1 full hour as of April 6th and 8th.

Life After Fifty is offering a workshop series, funded by New Horizons for Seniors, for those who have recently retired or those who are about to retire, called 'Planning for Life After Work.'

This workshop series is designed to ensure that people who are retiring are aware of the multitude of options available in our community to remain active in this new phase of life.
