WEST SIDE CENTRE
- Computer Lab will be CLOSED March 7—April 1
- Both Centres CLOSED Friday, March 25, Saturday, March 26 & Monday, March 28
- CAFÉ will be CLOSED March 29—April 1
EAST SIDE CENTRE
- LAF Fitness is cancelled on Wednesday March 16, Friday March 18 and March 25.
- Pickleball is cancelled on The week of March Break (March 14-March 18), Friday March 25 and Monday March 28.
- Silver Sneakers class is cancelled on Monday March 14 and March 28.
Note for April - East Side Centre:
Please note that in order to accommodate more participants in our growing LAF Fitness class and facilitate the move to a bigger-sized gym, we need to change the time of the Friday LAF
Fitness class to 12:15 pm-1:15 pm.
This change will be implemented on Friday April 8th.
Please be advised that both Wednesday and Friday class will change from 45 minutes in length to 1 full hour as of April 6th and 8th.
