WEST SIDE CENTRE Programming Cancelations/Changes:
All programs will be CANCELLED at the WEST SIDE CENTRE starting Friday, July 22 until Monday, August 1. The centre will be under renovations & will be closed. LAF will be receiving a new accessible reception area, improvements to our emergency exits and a patio area for members (all facility improvements are grant-funded).
EAST SIDE CENTRE Programming Cancelations/Changes:
Summer Class Cancellations:
- Silver Sneakers class is cancelled on Monday July 4 & 11.
- LAF Fitness is cancelled on Fri. July 15, Wed. August 3 and Fri. August 5.
- Mile at a Time is cancelled on July 1, July 5 and August 1.
- Beg. & Intermediate Line Dancing classes are cancelled on July 5 & 7, August 2, 4, 9 & 11.
- Pickleball is cancelled on July 1, 6 and August 1.
We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
The following ESC programs are on summer hiatus:
- Beginner Tai Chi,
- Core & Balance,
- Fit For Life,
- Scrabble,
- ESC Walkabouts and
- Ukulele.
The classes will resume in September.
