Mobile Medical Services at the BWE!

Mobile Medical Support (MMS) is a community liaison team of healthcare professionals looking to help clients overcome barriers that prevent them from getting helthcare and acess to community resources. 
The MMS team will help you navigate the system, get health assessments, follow up care, assistance with forms and referrals to definitive care. 

The MMS unit will be on site at the Be Well Expo all day from 9am - 2pm. Come out for testing, health services + supports!
