This December - let’s celebrate: 25 Days of Giving!

Make someone smile, help a neighbour or stranger, show up for an issue you care about, or give some of what you have to those in need. Every act of generosity counts. Everybody has something to give.

We will be celebrating acts of generosity on our LAF social media by posting "unselfies" all month.

Windsor Honda has been a big supporter of Life After Fifty for years, so we wanted to do what we "can" to assist them when possible too!

Windsor Honda is hosting a Can Drive for Feed the Need Windsor and the Life After Fifty East Side Centre will be a drop off site for this collection! 

Please take a look at the "wish list" and see if you have a few of these items at home, or if you could pick up a few on your next grocery shop - then bring them with you to the East Side Centre when you come for programs or for our Holiday Luncheon next week. 

Contributions are due by 9am Friday morning.

As we approach the joyous holiday season, I wanted to take a moment to extend my warmest wishes to each of you and your families.  May this festive time be filled with love, laughter, and the warmth of family and friends.  Let us appreciate all the memorable moments and accomplishments we have all been able to share.  As we bid farewell to the current year, let’s welcome in the New Year with excitement and anticipation.  May it bring new opportunities, new friendships, continued growth, and even greater success for LAF. 
Thank you staff and volunteers for your hard work, commitment, and passion throughout the year.  Your contributions have not gone unnoticed and I am truly grateful to lead such an exceptional team.  I look forward to another year of collaboration and shared achievements.
