Project LEAN Health Session

Provided by Windsor Essex County Community Health Centre, this 6-week program will provide you with valuable tips on how to prevent Type 2 Diabetes. Healthy eating, weight loss, fun fitness will be covered along with screening for blood pressure, blood sugar, weight, height, and waist measurement. Translators will be available upon request. Please sign-up at reception before May 22.

Pizza and a Movie

Join us for this fun ‘afternoon at the movies’ as we enjoy tasty pizza from Domino’s and sit down to watch brand new “Paddington”, adorable family movie about lovable bear from across the pond. Must purchase tickets at ESC reception by Monday, May 25.

Afternoon at the Movies

Must sign up at reception for the movie by Monday, May 25; Cost includes popcorn & additional snacks will be available for purchase.
