MEMBERS OF LIFE AFTER FIFTY + FAMILIES/ GUESTS ARE WELCOME FOR FREE HEALTH SERVICES & SUPPORTS
On Thursday, August 25th, from 9:30am - 3:00pm the Life After Fifty West Side Centre will be a Mobile Clinic offering FREE health services to all.
All ages are welcome.
Health card not required.
Supports and services for seniors, parents, adults, teens & children, including:
- COVID 19 vaccinations/ boosters available!
- 1 Nurse Practitioner, 2 Nurses and 3 RPNs on site
- Chronic disease support
- PAP/ Mammogram referrals
- COVID/ STI/ Pregnancy testing
- Mental health support
- Overdose prevention/ harm reduction supplies
- Housing assistance/ social supports
