Receive help and advice from a Registered Dietician from Windsor-Essex Community Health Centre

FREE Diabetes Education and support for adults with diabetes or prediabetes. No doctor referral needed. Services include healthy eating and physical activity, managing diabetes, review and education about blood sugar monitoring. ** Additional Sign up required
