FREE Falls Prevention program

This workshop is offered through VON Canada and focusses on fall prevention topics, such as: vision, hearing, drugs, nutrition, exercise and in-home preventions. This workshop is great for those who may struggle with balance, or for those wanting to learn more to decrease a chance of a fall in the future.
